Satoshi Inomata is a red-haired boy who returns to the city after a mysterious absence, now in search of a voice calling out to him. Hanasu Nedena, a green-haired girl with a special ability to sing hymns, is drawn to New Allure City in her efforts to learn more about herself. Tasuka Tempest, the young heir to the Tempest Estate, seeks meaning in his life after he is orphaned by the Grand Disaster. It turns out the sanctuary city is not what it seems, and together the trio navigates the streets of New Allure, investigating a sinister presence. Brought together by chance--or perhaps fate--they band together to uncover the city's dark secrets.
