The Henjin no Salad Bowl (A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics) manga by Yamada Koutarou will come to an end with the release of its next chapter. The news was confirmed with the release of the manga’s 37th chapter on November 5th, 2024, on the Sunday Webry website.
Yamada (Sword Art Online: Project Alicization) started the manga in September 2022 on the Sunday Webry website, and Shogakukan published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in February 2023 and the fifth volume in June 2024.
The manga is based on the light novels written by Hirasaka Yomi (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, Imouto Sae Ireba Ii) and illustrated by Kantoku (Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko, Sasaki and P-chan, as well as Imouto Sae Ireba Ii). The Henjin no Salad Bowl novel series was first published in October 2021, and its seventh novel was released in July 2024. The novels were also adapted into a TV anime in April 2024, and all 12 episodes can be streamed on Crunchyroll.
While tailing someone one day, Sousuke Kaburaya, a poor detective, meets Sara Da Odin, a princess from another world with magical powers. They gradually start living together, and Sara can quickly familiarize herself with modern-day Japan. A female knight from Sara’s world named Livia Do Udis also comes to this world and lives the life of a homeless person, but she finds herself unexpectedly enjoying her new life. The story follows Sousuke, two strong-willed and vivacious women from another world, and eccentric characters such as a brutish lawyer, a religious leader, and a divorce agent.
