Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket announced on the platform’s Twitter account that manga writer MITA and illustrator Hakaru Itsuko have launched a new manga titled Aisai no Ura Aka: It’s not just Adultery (My Beloved Wife’s Secret Account: It’s not just Adultery). The manga’s first chapter was released on July 23rd, 2024.

The manga revolves around Sousuke Yamada, who is married to a loving wife and has an elementary school-aged daughter. One day, Sousuke happens to see a video of a woman, who appears to be his wife, having sex with another man. The video also seems to have been taken at their daughter’s school, so Sousuke tries to find the truth by attending the school’s PTA meeting with his wife.
MITA is well known for their work on the Kodoku no Immortal manga alongside illustrator Ogino Yuuhei and the Tokyo Neon Scandal manga alongside illustrator Kajitani.
