Shueisha’s Shounen Jump+ platform has confirmed that Takakuchi Yanagi’s Drunk Bullet manga will end with the release of the 25th chapter on January 12th, 2025.
Takakuchi (Harahara-sensei) started the manga in June 2024 on Shueisha’s Shounen Jump+ website, and Shueisha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in September 2024 and the second volume on December 4th, 2024. Tsuchiya Mamoru is credited for supervision on the manga, and its published in English on Shueisha’s Manga Plus website.
The story takes place in the early 20th century in America after the end of World War I. Garry, a soldier returning from World War I, survived the harsh battlefield with only one thing to look forward to: drinking. However, Prohibition awaits him upon his return home — the law and gangsters stand in the way of Garry, who just wants to drink!
