Kadokawa’s Monthly Dragon Age magazine has confirmed that Nishiki Kyousuke’s Chanto Suenai Kyuuketsuki-chan (Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right/ ちゃんと吸えない吸血鬼ちゃん) manga will end with its next chapter in the magazine’s September 2025 issue, available for sale on August 8th, 2025.
Nishiki started the comedy manga in May 2021 in Kadokawa’s Monthly Dragon Age magazine, and Kadokawa published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in October 2021 and the eighth volume in April 2025.
Kadokawa is releasing the manga’s chapters in English on Kadokawa’s Book Walker Global website under the name Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right. Yen Press has licensed the manga, and it will release the manga’s first volume in English on July 22nd, 2025, and the second volume on January 20th, 2026. Yen Press describes the manga’s story below:
“Luna Ishikawa is a dark and mysterious vampire—or so she’d like her new classmates to believe. The truth is, while she may be one of the not-so-mythical bloodsuckers, she doesn’t really live up to the hype. She’s short and clumsy, and she can’t even suck blood properly! So when her classmate Tatsuta Ootori discovers her little “drinking problem,” he can’t help but lend a hand. Can he nurse Luna from the small, timid animal she is into a fearsome creature of the night?!”
