Amazon Japan has listed the 13th tankoubon volume of Shiki Satoshi’s Dororo to Hyakkimaruden (The Legend of Dororo and Hyakkimaru/ どろろと百鬼丸伝 ) manga as the final volume in the series. The 13th volume is scheduled for release on December 19th, 2025.
The Dororo to Hyakkimaruden manga by Shiki is a remake of the Dororo (どろろ) manga by Tezuka Osamu (Astro Boy, Jungle Taitei). The original manga was serialised from 1967 to 1969, and Akita Shoten published the manga in four volumes between August 1971 and May 1972.
Shiki (Akuma Koujo) started the manga remake in October 2018 in Akita Publishing’s Monthly Champion RED magazine, and Akita Publishing released the manga’s first volume in April 2019. The manga’s 12th volume was released in July 2025.
Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the manga volumes in English under the name The Legend of Dororo and Hyakkimaru, and it will release the 11th volume on March 24th, 2026. Seven Seas Entertainment describes the manga story below:
