The official website for the Himesama “Goumon” no Jikan desu (‘Tis Time for “Torture”, Princess/ 姫様“拷問”の時間です ) TV anime has revealed the main promotional video for the anime’s second season. Furthermore, it’s been confirmed that Tamura Yukari is joining the cast as Hamu-chan, and Sugita Tomokazu will join as Penta.

The anime is set to premiere on January 12th, 2026, on the Tokyo MX and BS11 channels at 11:30 p.m. JST. The anime will be streamed on the ABEMA platform in Japan.
Crunchyroll streamed the anime’s first season, which premiered in January 2024, under the name Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess, and it has confirmed that it will stream the second season in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia.

The anime is based on the Himesama “Goumon” no Jikan desu manga by Haruhara Robinson and Hirakei. Author Haruhara and artist Hirakei started the manga in April 2019 in Shueisha’s Shounen Jump + service and ended it in August 2025. Shueisha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in September 2019, and the manga’s 18th volume on November 4th, 2025. The manga’s 19th volume is scheduled for release on January 5th, 2026.
Shueisha’s MANGA Plus service releases the manga chapters in English under the name Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess.
