The 11th tankoubon volume of the Tomodachi no Imouto ga Ore ni Dake Uzai (My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me!/ 友達の妹が俺にだけウザい ) manga by Hiraoka Hira has confirmed that the manga will end with the release of the 12th volume this autumn.
Hiraoka started the manga in December 2019 on Square Enix’s Manga UP! website. Square Enix released the manga’s first volume in August 2020 and the 11th volume on May 7th, 2026.
Square Enix’s Manga UP! Global releases the manga chapters digitally in English under the name My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me! and it describes the manga story below:
““My best friend is the only one who has my spare keys, but for some reason, his little sister always sneaks into my room…”
Ooboshi Akiteru is a high school boy who is the very definition of ordinary. He leads an efficient life while being content with his unmemorable existence until his days are completely changed by Kohinata Iroha, the younger sister of his only best friend, Kohinata Ozuma. She pesters Akiteru daily to the point he finds himself caught up in all kinds of troublesome situations. What’s more, he meets other girls who also have attitudes that are hard to deal with!”
The manga is an adaptation of the Tomodachi no Imouto ga Ore ni Dake Uzai light novel series by Mikawa Ghost (Gimai Seikatsu, Kao Sae Yokereba Ii Kyoushitsu). SB Creative published Mikawa’s first novel with illustrations by tomari (Spy Kyoushitsu) in April 2019 and the 11th novel in March 2025.
J-Novel Club released the novel series in English under the name My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me!, and it released the 11th novel digitally in December 2025. It describes the story below:

Because every girl he interacts with shows him nothing but scorn, and he’s not scored a single date from it! Luckily, he’s more concerned with securing a spot for him and his game-development buddies at his uncle’s business. The light novel series was also adapted into a TV anime in October 2025 by BLADE studios. The anime can be streamed on Crunchyroll under the name My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me!.
