Kadokawa’s Dragon Age magazine published the final chapter of the Houkago wa Kenka Saikyou no Gyaru ni Tsurekomareru Seikatsu (From Bullied to Brawler: My After-Hours Education with the School’s Tough Girls/ 放課後はケンカ最強のギャルに連れこまれる生活 彼女たちに好かれて、僕も最強に!?) manga by Aoyagi Takao. The final chapter was released in the magazine’s October 2025 issue, available for sale from September 9th, 2025.
The manga is an adaptation of Aitsu’s web novel series of the same name, which began in October 2022. Kadokawa published the first novel with illustrations by Kakao in May 2023 and the third novel in April 2024.
Aoyagi started the manga adaptation in February 2024 in Kadokawa’s Dragon Age monthly magazine, and Kadokawa published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in July 2024 and the second volume in March 2025. The manga’s third and final volume is scheduled for release on November 8th, 2025.
Kadokawa’s Bookwalker Global publishes the manga chapters in English under the name From Bullied to Brawler: My After-Hours Education with the School’s Tough Girls, and it describes the story below:
“Shiki entered St.Lukeman’s Academy, a high school with a bad reputation. There are too many delinquents, and Shiki, who is shy and good at studying, got targeted by one of those groups. He had to obey orders made by Kawatou, the leader of the group but he thought it’s better than being kicked and punched.
One Saturday, Shiki helped a girl who was trying to get away from Kawatou’s group. When he was beaten up, someone came to save him. It was Karin, the “Empress”, the strongest and the most beautiful girl in his high school. The girl he helped was her friend! Karin told Shiki that she’ll teach him how to fight. In return, he’ll teach her how to study. Her lessons made Shiki stronger…will he become the strongest in the school some day?”
