The second and final tankoubon volume of the Watashi wa Tada no Jijo Desu node: Hissori Kurashitai no ni, Kishi Ousama ga Nigashite Kuremasen (私はただの侍女ですので ひっそり暮らしたいのに、騎士王様が逃がしてくれません ) manga by Hirase Rei was released on February 16th, 2026.
The manga is an adaptation of Hinokage Sora’s light novel series of the same name. Kadokawa released Hinokage’s first novel in February 2024 and the third novel in April 2025.
Hirase started the manga adaptation of the novels in August 2024 in Kadokawa’s Flos Comic, and Kadokawa released the manga’s first volume in March 2025.
The story follows Elaina, who has been reborn as the illegitimate daughter of a nobleman. In this new life, she is abused by her father and sister-in-law and treated like a maid. However, in her previous life, she was a queen who died tragically, and if people found out about her previous life and her overly powerful magical powers, there would be a lot of trouble.
All she wants now is to live out her life as quietly as possible, without attracting attention. Unfortunately, Elaina’s hidden magical powers are discovered by the handsome genius knight Asunoto!
