Shogakukan has released the fifth and final tankoubon volume of the Nami no Shijima no Horizont (波のしじまのホリゾント) manga by Ogawa Maiko on April 10th, 2026.
Ogawa started the manga in July 2021, but the manga only started regular serialisation in February 2023 on Shogakukan’s Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine. Shogakukan published the manga’s first volume in September 2023.
The story follows Riku, an elementary school boy who loves football. Yori is a high school girl who is the ex-girlfriend of Riku’s brother, and she is full of secrets. A first love story told from a child’s perspective just before adolescence.
