The first tankoubon volume of the Hangyakusha to Shite Oukoku de Shokei Sareta Kakure Saikyou Kishi (反逆者として王国で処刑された隠れ最強騎士) manga by Yotsuba Neko was released on July 20th, 2026.
Yotsuba started the manga in February 2026 on Overlap’s Comic Gardo manga website. The manga is an adaptation of the light novel series of the same name by author Sagami Yuto and illustrator GreeN. Overlap published the first novel in February 2023 and the fifth novel on July 20th, 2026.
The story follows Aldia, the kingdom’s strongest knight and the key figure in ending the war between the Kingdom of Reshfeld and the Vulcan Empire, who became a hero, but for reasons unknown, he was executed as a traitor. But when Aldia awoke, he found himself in the world six years before the war!
Aldia was haunted by the regret of not being able to save Princess Valtrune of the Vulcan Empire, who had saved him when he was on the brink of death, despite being his enemy. Determined to save Valtrune’s life, Aldia pledges his loyalty to the princess as a knight of the Empire in his second life.
