Staff for the Koiseyo Mayakashi Tenshi-domo (Fall in Love, You False Angels/恋せよまやかし天使ども ) anime have revealed a new promotional video and confirmed new cast members. The anime is scheduled for release in 2027.

Okamoto Yasutome is directing the anime at MAPPA studio, and the show will star Ojika Nao as Otogi Katsura and Ban Taito as Toki Ninomae.
The anime is based on Uzuki Coco’s manga of the same name, which began in April 2023 in Kodansha’s Dessert magazine. Kodansha released the manga’s first tankoubon volume in September 2023, and the seventh volume in June 2026. The manga is currently on hiatus, and it will return in November 2026.
The manga won the Shoujo category in the Kodansha Manga Awards in 2025 and earned a nomination for the Shogakukan Manga Awards in 2025.
Kodansha USA Publishing releases the manga in English under the name Fall in Love, You False Angels, and it released the manga’s fifth volume in print in June 2026. Kodansha USA describes the manga story below:
