Kadokawa has listed the seventh tankoubon volume as the last volume in the Replica Datte, Koi o Suru (Even a Replica Can Fall in Love/レプリカだって、恋をする。) manga by Hanada Momose. The seventh volume will be released on October 27th, 2026.
The manga is an adaptation of Harunadon’s Replica Datte, Koi o Suru light novel series. Kadokawa published Harunadon’s first novel with illustrations by raemz in February 2023 and the sixth novel in April 2026.
Hanada adapted the novels into a manga in April 2023 in Kadokawa’s Dengeki Maoh magazine. Kadokawa published the manga’s first volume in November 2023 and the sixth volume in May 2026.
Yen Press publishes the novel series and manga in English under the name Even a Replica Can Fall in Love, and it released the manga’s second volume in June 2026. Yen Press describes the manga story below:
“When she doesn’t feel well, when there’s a test, when she doesn’t want to go to school…I take her place. I’m Sunao Aikawa’s replica, and I exist solely for her sake. Or, at least, that’s how it was until he came into my life. Now, I wear my hair up so he can tell us apart, and we make promises for a tomorrow I may not have. Everything about me might be borrowed—but my heart is mine alone.”
The novel series was adapated into an anime, which premiered in April 2026. Crunchyroll streams the anime under the name Even a Replica Can Fall in Love.
