The light novel series Online! (Online! The Unbeatable Game) by Amagaeru Midori will end with the release of the 27th novel on May 9th, 2024. The news was revealed by Amagaeru on their official Twitter account, alongside the confirmation that the 26th novel will be released this month on April 10th, 2024.

The first novel in the series was published in October 2011 with illustrations by Outsuka Shinichirou (Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu), and the 25th novel was released in June 2023.
Kyoka Tsukasa started a manga adaptation of the novel series titled Online!: The Comic in 2013 in DeNA’s MangaBox App. The manga’s first tankoubon volume was released in September 2014, and the latest volume, number 19, was published digitally in November 2023.
