The first promotional video for the Giji Harem (Pseudo Harem) anime was released this week, and it confirmed that the anime will premiere in July 2024.

Kikuchi Toshihiro (Bungo Stray Dogs Wan!) is directing the anime at Nomad Studio. The show will star Okamoto Nobuhiko as Eiji Kitahama, Hayami Saori as Rin Nanakura, and Narumi Mai as Ayaka Nanakura.
The Giji Harem anime is an adaptation of the manga by Saitou Yuu, which began on Twitter in June 2018. The manga was then serialized in January 2019 in Shogakukan’s Monthly Shounen Sunday magazine, and Shogakukan released the first tankoubon volume in March 2019. The manga’s sixth and final volume was released in April 2021.
The story follows Nanakura Rin, a Drama Club member with indisputable talent as an actress, and her senpai in the same club, Kitahama Eiji. With the power of her acting, Rin teases Eiji with various personas, giving him the harem he’s always dreamed of!
