The second promotional video for the TV anime Trillion Game was released alongside the anime’s new key visual. The video confirms that the anime will premiere on October 3rd, 2024, on the TBS channels in Japan. Crunchyroll will stream the anime as it airs in the West.

Satou Yuuzou (Kaiji) is directing the anime at Madhouse Studio, and the anime will star:
- Outsuka Takeo as Haru Tennouji,
- Ishige Shouya as Manabu “Gaku” Taira,
- M.A.O as Kirika Kokuryu,
- Touchi Hiroki as Kazuki Kedouin
- Tanaka Yuki as Rinrin Takahashi
- Suzuki Ryouta as Sakura
- Senbongi Sayaka as Futaba
- Yasuda Rikuya as nanamori
- Shin Yuuki as Ogura
The anime is based on the manga by Inagaki Riichirou (Dr. Stone, EyeShield, Chou Kochikame) and Ikegami Ryouichi (Crying Freeman, Heat, Lord). Inagaki and Ikegami started the manga in December 2020 in Shogakukan’s Big Comic Superior magazine, and Shogakukan published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in March 2021. The manga’s latest volume, nine, was released in April 2024.
The manga also inspired a live-action adaptation in Japan in July 2023, and the series will receive a live-action film in 2025.
The Trillion Game manga centers on the carefree Haru and the serious Gaku, two men who plot to earn a trillion dollars so that they can afford anything they might ever want.
