A citizen from a small town sadly passed away. He was known very much from neighbours, he was kind, he was rather mysterious and not really revealed what his real name is to everyone. But now that he's gone, his kind hearted personality will now be gone from everyone's heart. As a ghost, he had forgotten what it feels like to be a human again, and wanted to catch the feeling that was later described as his Prime.
