Tommy Radiant is an 18 year old boy who lives in a world where violence is solved through a game of dominance, called "Death Play". Once those come of age they are then expected to fight their own battles through this method, due to this, once you reach 18 years of age you receive a gun that shoots to stun your opponents long enough to have your way with them, for once you are hit, you lose that battle and must submit to your opponent through torture, death or sexual humiliation. As Tommy experiences this cruel game more, he seeks to find a way out of the city, hoping to find paradise instead of mayhem, but, things only become more complicated from there.
