The whole premise of the oldest sibling waiting alone for fifteen years just for their younger sibling to finally hatch only for them to be left completely on their own as the children of dying deities is such a massive, emotional hook. You’ve built this incredibly rich atmosphere right from the jump, and "One world" has such a distinct, poetic voice. Honestly, a story about water based children of dying gods dealing with the harshness of mortal men is practically begging for a heavy, expressive visual treatment. I keep picturing a sequence where the egg finally hatches, capturing that exact, quiet moment when the child gazes up at the eldest sibling for the very first time in an empty, echoing space. Translating those themes of loneliness, ancient magic, and fluid, water like elements into sequential manga panels would look absolutely stunning.
