I just checked out the Starry Eyed Fighter: Short Stories collection on NamiComi, and it’s a cool way to expand on that universe. Building out a spinoff to explore different corners of your main series is a smart move, especially with those punchy one shots like "The Space Prison Invasion" that kind of high octane action setup is exactly what makes me want to dive into a series. There’s so much potential for one off visual beats in an anthology like this. A chapter like "Xoe Hallow: The Hungry Resident" sounds like it would be a total blast to illustrate I can already see the character design potential and the vibe you could pack into a quick, focused comic sequence. Taking a snapshot of that world and turning it into a sharp, stylized panel is the kind of creative challenge I really dig.
