I mean it's... Fine I guess. Yumi is not a very interesting mc most of the time due to how weak he is, he has one good fight with the authority dude but Misumi being there, as in, her character, ruins the whole thing for me. Misumi is weird and I personally dislike her. I don't like her personality nor am I intrigued or worried about her. She has trauma or something, but the fact that she has it does not automatically make me feel bad for her. The art is good though, but the story (25 chapters as of this review)? Yeah it ain't it for me. I guess my biggest problem is that Yumi isn't getting any "stronger", sure he's using his brain and biq and learning things, but that doesn't really feel interesting? He's not really making any progress in terms of HIS own strength, he's getting carried by Misumi and yeah, it's kinda like the whole premise, but I thought the point would be that Yumi eventually breaks free off the permafreshie curse and is able to hold his own. Maybe the story just needs more time, but with how slow things are processing (no rush/offense to the author btw), I doubt I'll be seeing what I PERSONALLY want to see from Yumi. If I was unfamiliar with Deepwoken and had to put myself in his place, I doubt I'd rate this even a three star, this is a manga/manhwa/whatever for Deepwoken fans, idk if anybody who hasn't played it would even give the story a chance. That being said, the art is good! I like that part without any complaints.

+1 point for the male character not being a generic shounen leveling anime type,love the silly girl type too.the story is good enough but the pace is rather slow for a monthly manga,its okay if this is your prefer speed tho.also WHAT THE F IS THAT IMPROVEMENT SPEED IN YOUR ART GIRL.

I enjoy it, and of course, there can be improvements, but I can tell you're actually putting your all into this, so I will continue reading it.
I may suggest improvements with lore though, to try and bump it up to a 5 Star!
A legit review, it was actually a good read (chapter 17 atm) but the art was a bit lacking. Even so, it was quite enjoyable.
the art gets way better over time so dont be scared off by the art in the first chapter

worst manga ever, why is she using starkindred instead of linkstrider? And how did he use dash while Not having the agility requirements 2. He used dash 2 times in a row in the span of 3 panels, this is impossible as the cooldown on dash is too long even if we count in that we're not as fast as we are in deepwoken and he couldn't have modified it with a multiplying spark as he had just now obtained it
Great manga, there's certainly many deepwoken references. however, some aspects of the story wouldn't make sense in-game. The way they portray it is okay though, it's nothing too major. For all you hardcore deepwoken fans out there, this is a good read, just mind the fact that there are some suggestive panels but that's really it. To me it was a good read and I really enjoyed it and if you consider taking the time to read it (like 30 minutes for me and I ended at chapter 15) I hope you enjoy it as well.
