I caught the details for TRUST: Only A Lie on NamiComi, and it’s a really intriguing project. The way it moves away from a traditional linear script to function as a collection of scenes mixing both canon material and alternate universe settings is a super creative approach. Having that flexibility to rearrange them if a story arc develops into a multi chapter narrative makes a lot of sense for readers who want to follow the threads that really land for them.
There’s a raw, compelling emotional weight to some of these setups, like "Rooftop Rain" or "Military Enlistment," that would be incredible to capture in a storyboard or a standalone illustration. I’m always drawn to projects that prioritize character depth and mood, and this kind of anthology format is perfect for isolating those heavy, atmospheric moments and really focusing on the tension between the characters.
