Canvas is a coming-of-age story about Aurice, a high-school senior at Cross Academy, who struggles and feels lost about what his journey might be like after graduation. When attending his school's first ever art show, he rediscovers his passion for the visual arts. Throughout the story, Aurice learns that it’s okay to not have everything figured out and that fulfillment can come from something more (like art) even if it comes much later in life.
