Staff for the Arafou Otoko no Isekai Tsuuhan Seikatsu (The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World) TV anime revealed the second promotional video, which confirmed that the anime will premiere on January 9th, 2025. The anime will debut first on the AT-X channel and then on the Tokyo MX channel on January 6th, followed by the BS11 and Kansai TV channels on January 9th.

Yuuzumi Yoshihide (Yurumates 3D, Oneechan ga Kita) is directing the anime at East Fish Studio, and the anime will star:
- Suwabe Junichi as Kenichi
- Hondo Kaede as Primura
- Kuno Misaki as Anemone
- Tomita Miyu as Myarey
- Kobayashi Yuu as Nyamena
The anime is based on the Arafou Otoko no Isekai Tsuuhan Seikatsu light novel series by Asakura Hifumi and Yamakawa, as well as its manga adaptation by Umiharu.
Asakura started the story in 2017 on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, and SB Creative published the first novel in the series, with illustrations by Yamakawa (Isekai Yururi Kikou: Kosodate Shinagara Boukensha Shimasu), in May 2018. The third and final novel was released in April 2019.
Umiharu (After School!) started the manga adaptation in April 2019 in the Monthly G Fantasy magazine. Square Enix released the manga’s first tankoubon volume in October 2019 and the seventh volume in February 2024. The manga’s final chapter was published in May 2024, and the eighth and final volume is set to be released on December 27th, 2024.
Kenichi, a single man who’s almost 40, is suddenly transferred to another world. As he navigates his way through the dangerous forests of that world, he realizes that he can use a huge online shopping site. Kenichi aims to use his cheat ability to live a slow life in another world!
