Yokota Takuma’s Ponkotsu Fuukiin to Skirt Take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi manga has been green-lit for a TV anime adaptation. The anime’s official website has confirmed that the anime will be directed by Iwanaga Daiji at Zero-G studios and that Himuro You is designing the characters.
Manga author Yokota (Sesuji wo Pin! to – Shikakou Kyougi Dance-bu e Youkoso, Sentou Hakai Gakuen Dangerous) started the manga in March 2019 in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine, and Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in October 2019. The manga’s 17th volume was released on April 9th, 2025.

Sakura Daimon, an overly serious discipline committee member, has the daily task of checking the students’ clothing as a member of the school gate duty. The person he always warns is Kohinata, a problem child with light-colored hair and a miniskirt. She dislikes Sakura Daimon for his nagging but finds out that he is actually quite a useless person…!? A short love comedy with a cute, capable heroine who is pushed around by the overly strong committee members!
