Kodansha’s Be Love magazine has confirmed that Hiura Satoru’s manga Saionji-san wa Kaji o Shinai (No Domestic Work for Ms. Saionji) will end in the magazine’s July 2024 issue, available for sale on May 31st, 2024.
Hiura (Hotaru no Hikari, Love+Dessin, Crazy Lovers No.6) started the manga in September 2021 in Be Love magazine, and Kodansha released its first tankoubon volume in June 2022. The manga’s fourth volume was released in November 2023, and the fifth volume will be published on July 11th, 2024.
The manga centers on Itsuki Saionji, a housework application employee who doesn’t do housework and enjoys the freedom of the single life she’s finally obtained after 38 years! She then meets Kusumi, a genius engineer from Silicon Valley, and the strange young man has a big secret.
