A hero agency, called the W.A.S.P agency , is going bankrupt because of lack of funds from the government. The owner, Jokester and co-founder Boston need more funds and need to climb up the popularity ranks, they need a new member to join to be flashy. A young women who needs a job finds herself in the W.A.S.P agency and is desperate, soon after a letter arrives, what jokester finds might help them.
