Aion, cannot bare the thought to continue to live without her, has decided to kill himself. However, by doing so, he was stuck in an endless cycle of reincarnation. Retaining the form of a mere human despite his Godhood. This gave him a new purpose, and exponential rage, Aion attempted to kill the other deities, leading to a great war which lasted for a decade. Ceasing to stop the madness that was unleashed upon them, a killing blow would then be dealt by the Deity of Death towards Aion. On his final breath with his mortal self, he would place a curse on the lands of purgatory, by using the City in Night hex. Preventing any mortal from merging with the 7 deities for 200 years, until he is reincarnated once again. As the 200 year mark comes to an end, the new generation of the uncursed humans and demons have risen, in preparation for the Deity of Legacy's return. Richt, a 21 year old individual, is now embarking on his adventure to enlist himself in the CIN Defense Force College, in the hopes of travelling and exploring the world outside of his small hometown. This enlistment grants him to be paired up with Anna-Mariko. However, due to her strict and traditionalist ideology on her family's lineage, she vehemently declines. Resulted in him being reassigned to her sister, Naida. Thus, his life begins in the CDF, where he must traverse to his daily obstacles in this new environment. Learning to fight with his newly assigned partner, Naida, along with her sister Anna-Mariko and their friends. Learning the ropes of being in the CDF, by taking on bounties as they prepare for the potential reincarnation of Aion & the Deity of Death Tournament, which grants the winner the ability to become the partner of the Deity of Death, that will include all the powers and responsibilities that comes along with it.
