Underneath the glimmering towers in the hybrid cyberpunk-steampunk city of Pablesia, the J.I.N.G.S.O.O are hard at work keeping the people of the slums alive and healthy. They must spend their time becoming wanted criminals and dangerous fugitives if they wish to protect the ones they love in a city that hides their corrupt oligarchs and harsh poverty under flashy neon lights and holographic billboards. It will never be a slow day for the heroes; Jingsoo, Ishka, Greer, Sien and Olive, with their vehicles, Nextra and Orio.
