During a stormy night, a mysterious tower appeared in the El Deran valley. The only resident left is Luuta, a Water Fairy raised to hone her magic powers to become a Rain Goddess. But Luuta's real wish is to step out to find other Elementals. One day she encounters a new person, a treasure huntress named Zorah. The huntress notices how little the Water Fairy knew of the world.
