The official website for the 29-Sai Dokushin Chuuken Boukensha no Nichijou (The Daily Life of a Single 29-Year-Old Adventurer/ 29歳独身中堅冒険者の日常) TV anime has released the anime’s first promotional video and revealed more cast members. The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2026.

The newly confirmed cast members are Ogata Yuna as Olive Carmen and Maeda Kaori as Natalie. Previously, it was confirmed that Fukushima Riki will direct the anime at studio HORNETS, and that the anime will star:
- Furukawa Makoto as Shinonome Hajime
- Suzushiro Sayumi as Rirui
- Itou Shizuka as Veronica
- Kuwahara Yuuki as Anyango
- Ouno Tomohiro as Rishat
The anime is based on Nara Ippei’s 29-Sai Dokushin Chuuken Boukensha no Nichijou manga series. Nara (Neko-ane) started the fantasy manga in January 2016 in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shounen Magazine, and Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in June 2016. The manga’s 20th volume was released on September 9th, 2025. The manga can also be read on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket service.
The manga follows Shinonome Hajime, an adventurer of the Silver Range, who is dedicated to fulfilling missions for the guild. One day, when completing a quest for monster meat, he finds a strange girl named Rirui in a dungeon who’s far more trouble than she’s worth. Saving the girl from certain death, her story reminds him of his similar past, and he takes her under his care. And so the two of them begin living together, but Rirui is not just a normal girl…!?
